Blake's Special Day

Saturday November 30th, was Blake's baptism day!!
He was baptized by his dad.
I'm so thankful to have a husband who holds the
priesthood and was able to baptize our son.
We really couldn't be more proud of this kid.
He is so special to us and always is thinking of
others.
He and his buddy Nate got baptized on the same day,
just different wards.
 Brooke & Blake!
 Blake with my parents.
Papa and Granna.
Afterwards we went to the ward building to have a luncheon and
play basketball. (Blake's request ;)

So proud of him and the decisions he has made in his life. :)

Thanksgiving Weekend

This year for Thanksgiving we had Bob and Jeanne
staying at our house for the holiday! Blake LOVES puzzles, even
as a little kid! Well, lucky for him Grandpa Bob and Ryan love them just
as much! So needless to say they spent a lot of time at this card table
doing puzzles! :)
Sadly, the only picture I got of Thanksgiving dinner...
breaking the wishbone.
After dinner we took the kids to see Disney's new movie
Frozen. SO CUTE!! We all loved it... except for Kendyl, she
was not very fun. :(
Friday we went to Bass Pro to see Santa!

Our first picture:
Kendyl was Not so sure about Santa!!
Then they shook some bells and she forgot all
about the Jolly old man! ;)
Free carousel time!!

We then went to eat dinner at Tempe Marketplace...
We were just in time for the snow!! :)

Grandma Jeanne and the kids.
I know I say it all the time...
but Blake is such a good big brother!!
Here he is holding Peytons hand so she doesn't
get lost! :)
So glad she has Blake to look out for her! ;)

It's Beginning to look a lot like Christmas...

Peyton and I went to a birthday Party for her friend
Noelle and came home to Christmas boxes!
Ryan and the kids decided to get in the attic and get
all our decorations down! We spent the next few days
decorating for Christmas! The kids are all at fun ages and look
forward to all our traditions.

 (goofball)

Blake helped Ryan with the lights this year and even
put the lights on the roof this year!
Little Miss Trouble here has no real desire to crawl...
until she sees the tree!! ;)
 then she really starts scooting!!
This really is my FAVORITE time of year! :)

Kenzies 1st Dance Recital

Kenzie LOVES to tumble!
The minute she gets home from school she gets into her "stretchy"
clothes and starts to tumble! She has taken it for a few years but
decided this year to take ballet with her friend Savannah!
They had a Christmas performance which would be Kenzies
first time on stage performing!!
She did such a good job and I LOVED every minute of it!
They danced to Silver Bells.
 It's Christmas time, in Hawaii...
(doing the hula!) ;)
Kenzie is definitly tall for her age... as you can see here! ;)
Granna, Papa, Sarah and her girls all joined our family
to watch Kenzie perform!
She is such a cute little dancer and did a fabulous job,
but is ready to get back to tumbling!
Her Dance class and Teacher Mrs. Kim.

Good job Kenzie!

Turkey Trot

The kids have been participating in their school fun runs for
the past few weeks. Blake runs in them because he enjoys running, and
Kenzie loves running (walking & talking) in them for the otter pops and the
end! ;) The school then scheduled a competitive turkey trot split into different
age groups. Blake was SO sure that he would win because,
"we always race at recess and I'm the fastest 2nd grader!!"
Well he was right! He did get first place!
 Gold Medal! ;)
 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th place.
This is one HAPPY kid! :)

He said the two coolest things about winning were:
1. They announced the winners on the announcements
2. They took his picture to put in the yearbook!!

Way cool buddy!
Super proud of this kid!
